Revenue, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Updated: 14 October 2026

Thank you for choosing Career Success Toolkit (careersuccesstoolkit.in). This policy covers pricing, delivery, refunds and cancellation for the Job Interview Preparation Guide, a downloadable PDF also titled Job Interview Practice Guide, and the included bonus resources.

1. Digital Product Delivery

1.1. After successful payment through Superprofile, you receive a fulfillment PDF containing Google Drive download links for the main guide and all five included bonuses. The Product is delivered digitally; no physical book or parcel is shipped.

1.2. The purchase is a one-time payment for downloadable materials. It does not include software credits, an interactive web application or a recurring subscription.

1.3. Because the materials can be accessed and downloaded immediately after delivery, sales are generally considered final once access has been provided, subject to the refund provisions below and applicable consumer rights.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.1. We generally operate a no-refund policy once the fulfillment PDF, guide or included resources have been accessed or downloaded, except as described below or as required by applicable law.

2.2. If a delivery or download problem prevents you from receiving or opening the purchased materials, contact support within 24 hours of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will help resolve the access problem. If an error on our end cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion, without limiting any refund rights required by applicable law.

2.3. There is no recurring subscription or future automated billing to cancel. Requests to cancel a completed purchase are handled under the refund terms above.

2.4. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for digital materials that are not supplied or are not as described.

3. Pricing and Changes

3.1. The price payable is the amount displayed and confirmed at checkout. Prices and promotional offers for the Job Interview Preparation Guide may change. Any changes to future offers or the available bundle will be reflected in the relevant product description.
